Our family was living in an apartment across a road. We were able to see the main road diagonally. One night there was a hell a lot of noise outside by the huge number of crowds shouting for their lives. Actually many people were living on the median between the two lanes of the main road. They were living in temporarily construction houses with metal sheets which are supposed to be used to cover houses. But his night some really powerfull men came with huge monster trucks and bull dozers to demolish the houses on the main road. They were also killing people whom they find on the roads. I along with my family was seeing these events thru the window. Powerfull men were dressed in dark blue outfits resembling that of a navy commanders. They used horses to access the streets and kill poeple. This moment so terrifying already then we came to hear from some lady commanders from the street after they saw me and my family. They were shouting, "Indians over there" on the apartment. Kill them and they were also trying to shoot at us from the ground.
There was a great panic now at our house. I only remember my dad beside me this time. We tried to close our windows and last thing we saw outside the window was a huge battalion of commanders on horses were rushing towards our apartment after the lady commanders ordered them. We were now in a great fear. Then i slowly tried to understand that it was actually a South american country we are living in. And flashes of prior knowledge came into my mind that. Though the cost of living is very less in South American countries we will surely pay for that as the living conditions are terrible over here and cost of life is also very less. Now my dad was asking me to hide inside our house and he said he will take care of the commanders. Then i was very much worried about my dad and i asked to go inside instead. I pulled out a huge sword from our kitchen. and waited at our entrance door for the commanders to attack. Noises from the window were getting louder and louder suggesting that the battalion and the truckers were just beside our apartment and there is very little chance to escape. I was sweating like hell and i found out a shadow from our window beside the entrance door. It was of a Commander.I dont know why the door was open and he kicked the door open and tried to attack me with his sword. I was strongly defending him but i was trying to chop him off but i was not able to do that though i got a chance. I striked him thru some little scars on his face and some strikes on his arms then i determinedly hacked my sword vertically onto his forehead. Then my dad came to me and asked is he dead. I said yes.

Chase D-4 (11/27/2010)
I was staring at few kids and few men on the rad right in front of my building. I was standing on third floor. I was wondering what is going on and suddenly a car came fast into the street followed by a Police car. But the first car breaked suddenly as they were many kids on the street. Seeing the car every one moved away and then the car went on its way followed by police car again. I was still watching down the street suddenly a Bearded man probably a police was goin thru the same route the car went i mean he following the car on a scooter. He was so fast that he cudnt control the speed at a turning hence went and hit the compound wall. He fell onto the ground and the scooter fell on his right leg which he already folded sharply. Being an old scooter with rusted sharp edges, it chopped his leg off and i found blood on the floor.
I avoided seeing at him by turning my face and was going inside my house then i found my dad who just came out of the house hearing the noise. I gestured him saying, "plcchhh".
Then after few moments i was standing on the street or road then many police cars have been goin thru our street. My Mom was also with on the street. Seeing many police cars i told my mom to leave the place. She said ok and we were taking a short cut to our house as we were few blocks away from our house. Then inorder to reach home, we had to cross a railroad crossing but we had over bridge so we went upstairs. While going onto the overbridge thru stairs i was looking at the functioning of the railroad tracks and their movements. In a blink of a second my mom crossed the bridge and went out my sight. Now i shud cross the bridge to get home. But i was shocked to see that the bridge was an Old wooden bridge which swaying in air loosely connected with some wooden blocks slipping off the bridge.
I was scared and had to cross it to get over. Then i tried to hang on to one of the walls on the bridge. These were wooden walls too and very weak. So i tried to hang on to them but i lost my grip so i was swaying in air like a Bungi jumper and i cud see the rail tracks below my feet. And it was not a big height so i slowly dropped my self onto the ground i.e onto the tracks and i was trying to cross it towards the platform. Suddenly i found a train trying to switch tracks which i thought they did to save me. Then i tried to run a hard as i can and finally got onto the tracks and ran towards the outlet of the railway station before anyone cud notice me. I found crowd walking here and there and i crossed another platform. Finally i found the outlet gate and went onto the streets. I found shops on the street outside the railway station which were selling video games for 500 and i tried to negotiate with them for 450 then multiple numbers came into my mind and finally i gave up walking down the street.

Weird Lunch D-3 (11/22/2010)
I was trying to go some place to have some food and also some other main reason. I was foot boarding on a helicopter with another new guy who was confident and not at all scary of the helicopter ride. He was setting his hands free and shaking them with mine. I was lil bit worried about my freefall. Then we landed in some wooden house. My friend Abhinay was with me while i was climbing up stairs. We were trying to go to some place to have lunch. the place was totally dark with some green lights lit up here and there. It was a set up like that of Pokiri den scene. My friend abhinay found out that they are seving lunch there and asked me to compromise and have food there itself rather than going out somewhere. He found out some rice in plate with some gud aloo and cauliflower curry in a dish. I was searching for my plate and i found out a plate somewhere in between people who were already having lunch. I bought it and was having food and conversating with my other friend whom i dont remember but he was not abhnay anymore.

Mixture D-2 (11/17/2010)
I was driving on a road filled with crowds of school children of which some of whom i know in my childhood. I was trying to escape from some of officials as i was deprived of job. I was still working though out of work so i was escaping from being found out. I was arguing with people about a fixed range between 6-7 and asking them under which category that range falls. No one was answering but they were just arguing.

Hi-Fi Conference D-1(11/14/2010)
There is a meeting going on and i was sitting on a couch behind the Chair's seat. It was a black couch. I was sitting on a couch because i had no seat available on the round table. Round table was dark brown and most of the people seemed to wore brown too. The conference room resembled me of a Old Fashioned Europian Library. It had a very high ceiling and walls. Wall on the left side of me were transparent with glass windows but i was not able to see anything outside as the sun was shining onto me very sharply. Wall on the left of me was a bit dark and is stuffed with wooden artwork and book rack's. I was talking in the meeting and also roaming here and there. When i was talking i felt as if i was on phone in the conference and kept on argueing about some issue's. After a while i came to know that everyone was watching me including the chair person. I was feeling hot in the couch as i was covering myself with a comforter. It was too hot also becoz of the sun shining directly onto our faces. The chair concluded the meeting by switching off the dial in phone and someone was approaching me so as to discuss about the issue which i was argueing on. I was bit freightened initially but later it was ok. Only thing troubling me was the heat inside the room which was totally unbearable. I wrapped my comforter and throwed behind the couch and was ready to leave the room along with the two people who were waiting for me to accompany them. While wrapping the comforter i was thinking that who the hell in this world would bring a comforter to a meeting and i was also thinking that what would the other people especially the chair person feel about my comforter and my arguement.
I woke up to find my self sweating as i was sleeping right beside the heater.

The Only God I know - Mother
When i had a recent discussion with my friend about the existence of god, i told him that iam an Atheist to the core and i have strong reasoning and sound knowledge of how the concept of god, religion and spiritualism function all together. But when my friend told me that there is some power always guiding me and always with us and superior to us, that is God. I was silent when he said that because i was not in tune with was he said. Instead what i really feel is the power always guiding us, always with us and always taking care of us is not really any other but Mother's Love, and the only god anyone can have is Mother.
I have copy pasted the below passage from some article i found randomly which is very much apt to fit in my post. The below describes the Eight lies a mother had told to her child in his lifetime. And they all all are in his narration. I was so moved with what i read that tears filled my eyes immediately. So just thopught of posting it on my blog.
1.The story began when I was a child;
I was born as a son of a poor family.
Even for eating, we often got lack of food.
Whenever the time for eating, mother often gave me her portion of rice.
While she was removing her rice into my bowl,
she would say "Eat this rice, son. I'm not hungry".
That was Mother's First Lie
2.When I was getting to grow up,
the persevering mother gave her spare time for fishing in a river near our house,
she hoped that from the fishes she got,
she could gave me a little bit nutritious food for my growth.
After fishing, she would cook the fishes to be a fresh fish soup,
which raised my appetite. While I was eating the soup,
mother would sit beside me and eat the rest meat of fish,
which was still on the bone of the fish I ate.
My heart was touched when I saw it.
I then used my chopstick and gave the other fish to her.
But she immediately refused it and said "Eat this fish, son.
I don't really like fish."
That was Mother's Second Lie.
3.Then, when I was in Junior High School,
to fund my study,
mother went to an economic enterprise to bring some used-matches boxes that would be stuck in.
It gave her some money for covering our needs.
As the winter came,
I woke up from my sleep and looked at my mother who was still awoke,
supported by a little candlelight and within her perseverance she continued
the work of sticking some used-matches box.
I said, "Mother, go to sleep, it's late,
tomorrow morning you still have to go for work.
" Mother smiled and said "Go to sleep,
dear. I'm not tired."
That was Mother's Third Lie.
4.At the time of final term,
mother asked for a leave from her work in order to accompany me.
While the daytime was coming and the heat of the sun was starting to shine,
the strong and persevering mother
waited for me under the heat of the sun's shine for several hours.
As the bell rang, which indicated that the final exam had finished,
mother immediately welcomed me and poured me a glass of tea
that she had prepared before in a cold bottle.
The very thick tea was not as thick as my mother's love,
which was much thicker. Seeing my mother covering with perspiration,
I at once gave her my glass and asked her to drink too.
Mother said "Drink, son. I'm not thirsty!".
That was Mother's Fourth Lie.
5.After the death of my father because of illness,
my poor mother had to play her role as a single parent.
By held on her former job, she had to fund our needs alone.
Our family's life was more complicated. No days without sufferance.
Seeing our family's condition that was getting worse,
there was a nice uncle who lived near my house came to help us,
either in a big problem and a small problem.
Our other neighbors who lived next to us saw that our family's life was so unfortunate,
they often advised my mother to marry again. But mother,
who was stubborn, didn't care to their advice,
she said "I don't need love."
That was Mother's Fifth Lie.
6.After I had finished my study and then got a job,
it was the time for my old mother to retire.
But she didn't want to; she was sincere to go to the marketplace every morning,
just to sell some vegetable for fulfilling her needs.
I, who worked in the other city, often sent her some money to help her in fulfilling her needs,
but she was stubborn for not accepting the money.
She even sent the money back to me.
She said "I have enough money."
That was Mother's Sixth Lie.
7.After I graduated from Bachelor Degree,
I then continued my study to Master Degree.
I took the degree, which was funded by a company through a scholarship program,
from a famous University in America .
I finally worked in the company. Within a quite high salary,
I intended to take my mother to enjoy her life in America .
But my lovely mother didn't want to bother her son,
she said to me "I'm not used to."
That was Mother's Seventh Lie.
8.After entering her old age,
mother got a flank cancer and had to be hospitalized.
I, who lived in miles away and across the ocean,
directly went home to visit my dearest mother.
She lied down in weakness on her bed after having an operation.
Mother, who looked so old, was staring at me in deep yearn.
She tried to spread her smile on her face;
even it looked so stiff because of the disease she held out.
It was clear enough to see how the disease broke my mother's body,
thus she looked so weak and thin.
I stared at my mother within tears flowing on my face.
My heart was hurt, so hurt, seeing my mother on that condition.
But mother, with her strength, said "Don't cry, my dear.
I'm not in pain."
That was Mother's Eight Lie.
After saying her eighth lie, She closed her eyes forever!!!

QUOTATIONS-2
Earlier i posted some quotations or sayings which i liked, this post is a continuation of the same.
When you trust someone trust them completely without any doubt. At the end of the day you would get one of the two; Either a lesson for your life or a very good person.
Soldier: Sir, we are surrounded by enemies from all sides.
Major: Excellent! we can attack in any direction.
(POSITIVE ATTITUDE)
The worst in life is Attachment. It hurts when you lose it.The best thing in life is Loneliness. Because it teaches you everything and when you get out of it, You get everything.
You never conquer a mountain, you stand few moments at the summit and the wind blows your foot prints away.
The Greatest waste in the world is the difference between "What we are and what we could become".
What matters most is how you see yourself.
Some one: why we have so many temples when god is everywhere.
Wise one: Air is everywhere but we still need a fan to feel it.
If an egg is broken from outside a life ends. If its broken from inside a life begins. Great things always begin from within.

Painting Vs Movie
When i posted the article knowing what you want, one of my close friend read it and posed me to a question. What i wrote in that article was that i found it difficult for me to confine my thoughts to A1 sized space by Painting or Drawing, hence i started writing to improve my narrative skills to exactly convey my thoughts by framing situations which would obviously happen in a story. So finally a story is a story if it is written down on a paper or else it would merely pass through my mind as a thought. So i wrote in that article that i started writing stories giving up painting.
Now the question my dear friend asked me was why would i move to a lesser appealing medium since there is a saying, " A painting can speak a thousand words", why would i give up painting to writing. I told my friend that my total interest was around the magic of Film-making, rather than just writing and to make him understand in his own way about why i started it all with writing, i had to use another saying, " Prior planning prevents poor performance". By this saying i mean that whether it be a Painting or a Movie, both come out of a human mind as thoughts. Now it takes no time to start Painting a thought sparked inside your mind if you are a good Painter. But its not the same case with Film-making.
Film-Making has got much to do than merely waking up in the middle of the night and projecting your thoughts. One got to understand the basic purpose for projecting his thoughts and also how he projects. For a movie, narration is more important than the concept itself because the whole context and the purpose may get diverted, if one cannot narrate what he is been thinking which obviously serves as the purpose for a movie he makes.
Now getting back to what i told my friend about prior planning comes under a study of sound understanding of how to make a film and iam immensely proud of what i have been through on my own. I started it with writing, dont know where i end, but i have tried to gain as much as knowledge i can in my field of interest i.e Film-making and i will still be in the same process.
After my expaination my friend finally asked to tell him the difference between a painting and a movie. Then i gave him such an answer he ended up the conversation and moved onto some other topic. I told him the difference using his weapon against me in the beginning that was, "A painting can speak a thousand words", and what i told him was each frame they set up in capturing a particular scene in movie is always intended to make it look like a painting. So they have some hundreds of angles and shots in a single movie which would represent a painting, so if a painting can speak thousand words, how long would be the speech coming out from each movie?

THUS BORN PANDORA
Here i come up with the much awaited, much hyped, much discussed, mostly impressive, innovative, highly technical and also highly emotionally charged movie of 2009, AVATAR. This article is not a review, infact i think iam not even worth of talking about such a movie. But since its my own blog i can write what i really felt while watching the movie and also after watching the movie.
Since most of us have seen the movie more than a couple of times, i think i rather deal with this article in a different manner. I dont want to tell you how James Cameron directed the movie or used the latest technology to present it to us. But instead i want to put on this blog what might be the sparkling thought inside Cameron's mind which eventually transformed into a never seen before Master-piece in the history of cinema. As i said "what might be the sparkling thought", please be aware that this is my own take on what it would be and not at all a fact(may be a coincidence) neither i have any source for it nor someone told me.
So there is man (James Cameron), who succeeded as an Ace Film-maker and also a Researcher. I said Researcher because of the study he did for each of his movie was evident in every movie he made and also equally got applauded. Since he is also a researcher, he researched on many topics in various fields, just because he was looking forward that something or the other might catch his attention and then consequently would help him as a subject for his movie. In this course of making movies which in return came out from his research he started knowing much about the Nature on this earth, Life on this earth, Life beyond this earth and much more.
Since he has been studying about Nature, he also started thinking about factors which are affecting it. When he started studying about the factors which are affecting or Spoiling the Nature on this Earth, he came to know that Man is the only culprit for doing this directly or indirectly. This fact pissed him off so much that he imagined a new world where every living being on that planet is connected someway or the other. Since every living being is connected someway, existence of one would be related to another and vice-versa, thus forming a chain of Life. He then was thrilled with the idea he got and then beautifully imagined how the living beings on such a Planet would live on it. He imagined the Beautiful landscapes, Vast forests, Amazing waterfalls and unique living beings on it and how they all shared the Life on such a planet called Pandora.Though the name Pandora for a planet was earlier used, he used it for his purpose in his imagination. Thus born Pandora.
After imagining a Beautiful Planet similar to Earth but much more better place to live, he immediatly thought of us, Human beings again. He was infact worried that we Humans dont spare anything for our benefits. And he thought that Pandora would be no exception for us if not now may be some 100 yrs from now. We dont leave such place for good. We put all our strength to get a hold on it and to gain benefits from that planet too i.e Pandora. Thus came the storyline for Avatar.
Now anything else other than this in the storyline of the movie Avatar, would be a sleepwalk even for our Indian directors or writers and since its Cameron, he beautifully amalgamated these thoughts by using the latest technology available to capture the sequences, stunts, expressions and the story, to amazingly put it on the celluloid to create one Beautiful, Emotional and Terrific product i.e AVATAR.

SOMETIMES THE FACT IS...
Sometimes you think you are good at something, but the fact is you are just fine with it.
Sometimes you think you are worst at something, but the fact is you are capable of mastering in it.
Sometimes you think you know everything, but the fact is you know nothing.
Sometimes you think you know nothing, but the fact is you already know it.
Sometimes you think you can conquer everything, but the fact is you can own nothing.
Sometimes you think you cannot own nothing, but the fact is you are capable to own everything.
Sometimes you think you dont need it, but the fact is you cannot afford it.
Sometimes you think you are mighty as you have it, but the fact is you dont need it.
In some situations you think you are a hero, but the fact is you are a zero.
In some situations you are told that you are a zero, but the fact is you are a real hero.
Sometimes you are praised for what yo have done, but the fact is you know that you have not done it.
Sometimes you you are insulted for what you have done, but the fact is you again know that you have not done it.
Sometimes your help is appreciated, but the fact is you really didnt want to help.
Sometimes your help is not recognized, but the fact is you really helped.
Sometimes you are encouraged to do something, but the fact is you know that you are not capable of doing it.
Sometimes you are discouraged to do something, but the fact is you are greatly capable of doing it.
Sometimes you behave like a Hero, but the fact is you are compulsed to do so.
Sometimes you behave like a Villain, but the fact is you are compulsed to do so.
....................
....................
The summary of all the above quotes is that about any individual who lives his life undergo all types of praises and insults in someway or the other, because anyone in his journey of life sometimes is a Hero and sometimes he is a Villain, sometimes he is Wonderful and sometimes the Worst, sometimes he is Awesome and sometimes he is Aweful, sometimes he is Helpful and sometimes helpless, sometimes he is a Saviour and sometimes he is a Satan.
Finally, Sometimes he is Good and Sometimes he is Bad. So its all about the Balance one have to consider when deciding the character of a person, but not one particular situation or one particular behaviour. Its the totality that matters. Its the Balance of life one got to observe because remember its only Sometimes.

My Expression about Direction
Something happened between some characters is a Story. Some(also sum) of the sequences in the story, to tell exactly what happened is Screenplay. And presenting these some sequences to the audience in a way that they can understand it better is Direction.
Now it depends on the Director to choose which characters he is interested in, which sequences he got impressed with and how he presents it to the audience.

Emotion(s)
Since i have been studying Emotions from couple of years, I thought its the time to write it down. Studying Emotions according to me is a journey. One cannot know how the journey is unless he/she travels through it. So coming across few ups and downs in my life at this early stage, i have been in a journey of understanding and studying Emotions because of being subjected to many emotions frequently, i started wondering what is it after all and interpreted it in my own way.
An Emotion is basically a Thought that becomes a spontaneous physical Reaction. We come across many thoughts everyday leading to many Emotions. We experience these Emotions depending upon the thought we are been thinking at that particular instance and it is also correlated to type of thought process we have.
For example, when you come out of your house along with your friend one morning, your friend might feel its a wonderfull day as he got no problems running background in his mind and you have some problems which have been affecting your thoght process, feel it as a disgusting day. Both feeling Wonderfull and feeling Disgust are two different types of emotions experienced by two different individuals when subjected to same environment. But in contrary if your thought process is strong enough to handle the troubles or the situations which are being considered as troubles by your mind according to the belief system built inside it, you too feel the same as your friend, who experienced the same environment along with you.
I can give you an even better example of how emotions influence our Humans because of the thought process we have and also what kind of belief system we have built for ourselves. Lets consider the results of final match of 2009-IPL cricket. It was Deccan chargers team representing Hyderabad city won the title and we found every cricket fan in Hyderabad was Happy (emotion) because according to their belief system they are from Hyderabad so they thought that Deccan chargers should win the game and when it won the game their thought became reaction expressing an Emotion called Happiness. But at the same time cricket fans in bangalore who thought that Royal challengers should win as it was the team against whom Deccan chargers won in finals, were dissapointed. They were sad because their thought was to see Royal Challengers as winners, but they didnt so hence they expressed the emotion of Sadness as a result for their thought.
Considering the same context above, there were many Indians out there watching the game just for fun irrespective of the city they belong to. Many such were also from the above mentioned cities, though they were not subjected to any kind of emotion, because they didnt expect anything. So type of emotion you experience depends upon the belief system and the thought process you have. Better to build a belief system which is least subjected to emotions.
Different types of emotions i discussed above can play very important role in our life because emotions affect the routine lives in many ways. Like for example, emotions like Happiness,Surprise, Amusement,Satisfaction and Excitement can keep your day fine without any trouble, but at the same time emotions like Fear, Anger, Sadness, Disgust and Embarrasment not only ruin your day but also affect your health.

KNOWING WHAT YOU WANT - 2
Though i started my mainstream education in Mechanical Engineering and ended up doing Master's in Computer Science, i.e Software Engineering, I have much affinity towards Art. Right from my childhood days i used to very much get connected with art in whatever form it may be, like Drawing, Painting and Crafting. I dont know how the hell it happened but i was very much inclined towards Art. Since Art requires imagination, I started imagining things, which would rather be impossible in practical world. This Imagination grew along with me And my imagination overtook all kinds of art persisting inside me upto an extent where i felt i should now move on to something bigger than what i was doing. I was running out of ideas, as i already put everything i imagined or liked or got impressed with, on paper either using pencil and Sketching them, or by using brush to Paint them. But that wasen't enough. I started writing stories, which was infact because, i wanted to say something, which i was not able to draw or paint.I always felt like i would need a much more expressable medium where i can project my thoughts.
Not to exaggerate but it was true that i was very good at sketching. I can prove this by one incident. Now it becomes bit complicated as the context of this article may divert. Though, i continue, So when i was persuing my B.E, I never participated in any of the competitions where Art was invovlved except in my Final year. I didnt participate in any of those earlier was just because i was in my own world of fun and never seriously concentrated on my skill. But in my final year of B.E, it happened so that i was compulsed to participate in a Art Competition for reason one being that i never did it, and the second reason was to just get some prize for our class, as my friends felt that we should get awarded in all the competitons somehow. Though i didnt have any practice for years, i went and drew something out of my imagination, and won the first prize. And funniest part is while sketching my piece of art, i also helped my friend in sketching his art, and he won the second prize in the same competition. Though he was a brilliant artist, i dont mind taking bit of pride in what i did.
Now coming back to where i left, I was kind of saturated in my mind about what i was doing long back, And it was the same time, i started watching movies. I used to watch movies earlier too, but under the gudiance of my parents (PG only). But when i started going to theatres along with my friends on my personal interest, I changed my overall point of view on movies. I started wondering about everything that happens, not on the screen, but off the screen. Like for example i remember that i used to wonder how the music is been synchronised with the video of the film. Like wise many doubts started arising in my mind and consequently i my self found answers for them, by repeatedly watching movies, following the film news and especially following interviews of film personalities.
Now one can say that anyone of my age back then would have done the same. I give a "HELL NO", for it. Because, i know that everyone constantly follow the last page of the newspaper, before even looking at the headlines. But what i used to absorb from it totally different. I say this because, most of the people under the tag of Filmbuff, follow movies, movie news and interviews not just because to get regular updates and but also to share it with others so as to prove everyone that know better about films. And some people are genuinely interested in films, confining it to some genres, or some actors, or some directors etc. Even iam the one of this kind.
But my intension behind every thought i used to think, every observation i made and everything i perceived from whatever source i had which are related to movies, was to know how an film is made?, or put it this way, What is Film making?
When my friends used to watch the trailer of any particular interesting movie, they would get excited and curious about watching the movie the first day itself. They also used to discuss about the trailer and also about how the movie would be till they go and watch the movie. But i many times used to wonder at how they would have designed the trailer not only to attract the audience before the movie is released, but also to make them go crazy about it. And biggest wonder for me was how the Director can make so many audience bound to their seats for two and an half hours taking them or making them invovled in a completely new world he had created. I started observing a lot, and many times used to derive solution for the doubts arised in my mind. In other way i started understanding the magic of Film making, to which i feel iam greatly connected with. Thats how i came to know what i really want.

KNOWING WHAT YOU WANT
Me: Do you know what you want?
Someone: YES!!!
Me: What is that you want?
Someone; Hmm gimme a sec. I want a six pack of beer, some hot chicken wings and one beautiful....
Me: Stop!!!
-END-
Just like someone in the above conversation, anyone in this world would probably think of similar things when posed to such a question. But its not about the materialistic things, the above title belong to. Its the real feeling generated inside any human being when he thinks outside the shell. Knowing what you want is not that easy as someone in the above conversation took a second to think and tell what he wants. In fact he didn't tell me what he wants, he just told me what he wants to get. But once someone knows what he really wants, its not a big deal to get what he wants.
It is this confusion most of us are subjected to. We always try to get what we want, but never try to really know what we want. Getting what you want is just like crossing an intersection on the road but not knowing exactly where to go, but whereas knowing what you want is something like trying to know your destination. Its appreciable even if you at least know want you want to get. There are many out there who don't even know what are they doing and for whom. And when you try to analyse why many people are unhappy, you will come to know that they really don't know what they want.
For example, we guys obtained degree's for some so called field of study. Many were forced to choose the field by their parents. I am not blaming parents here. Some did it on their own. And I am one of them. I did my bachelors in mechanical engineering. I chose it. My parents got nothing to do with it. But why I opted it. It was because I was good at some fine arts like drawing and sketching. Since I was good at putting my thoughts on a paper with a pencil. I thought that I would also be good in creating designs, not necessarily automobiles but something of that kind. I interpreted it with a technical mind. Then I came to know that I was nowhere when I finished my course and obtained the degree. And once again I am not blaming my course or my field or my college. It was my decision and I wrongly interpreted it. But somehow I succeeded in completing it.
It took me almost an year to know what i really want. And what i really want would be my next post.

Quotations
Whenever we see some good quotes we feel like remembering them forever, but we fail in doing so. Iam posting such quotes, which impressed me a lot. Though i don't follow them to the core, i try to extract some information from them, which i use for reasoning sometimes. Some are offensive, some funny and some serious. But i don't mind reading them once in a while. Each quote i posted here has some strong thought stuffed deeply in it. I posted them here not just for mere fun but to make you guys think.

Past-Present-Future
This post isn't about English grammer, but its all about the under hidden thoughts which keep on running in our minds, subconsciously. This is my try to put them all together in one article.
We all feel very lucky to belong to one of the revolutionary generation mankind has ever seen. We fall short of nothing. Right from the moment you wake-up in the morning to the time you get back to sleep, you take advantage of the present technology as much as you can like from using an automatic alarm when you wake up, drive thru's to have breakfast before you go to work, ipod for listening music while driving, cell-phone to be in contact with the world which also equipped with internet while going mobile, food delivery service for your lunch who charge you on your credit card, amazing night clubs for partying in the evening and micro-wave food when you get back home late at night. This is just what on average, anybody else does right now in this present world. And if i start talking about how advanced technology is used now a days it would be just like a school kid writing an essay on "Present day advanced technology". But thats not my point at all.
We think that we are the luckiest of the all the generations gone behind, Ofcourse, if we consider the development of human civilisation today and compare it to the one which was, lets say some 100 yrs ago, its an amazing development which grew exponentially. But did anyone some 100 yrs ago ever guessed or predicted the present day. Some say yes and some say no. But what if i ask was anyone lived comfortably. Answer would be an obvious "YES". Yeah every individual who lived some 100 yrs ago was comfortable with the facilities what they has got in their time, exclusive of people who suffered from wars, riots, diasters and attacks. Peole already knew how to build their Houses, lay Roads, have Transportation (Basic Transportation), form their Governments(USA, 1787), Politics, Journalism, Industries, Agriculture, Military, Electricity(1821) and also communication through Telephone(1876).
All the above mentioned, were just merely in budding stage but though people in the past felt proud of what they got and invented, in the same way as anyone who would feel proud in this present world. They were so much satified and comfortable with their inventions that, U.S patent office declared a statement in 1901, saying, "All that can be invented has already been invented". But if we look at this statement, it seems funny for us, as all the major discoveries and inventions in the history of mankind were after 1901. So, were people at that time ignorant, NO; innocent, NOT AT ALL. Its all about the time they lived in. Are we lucky as we are in this Post-Modern stage of technological development period ?, and Are they all Unlucky as they were born and were dead in Industrial-Revolution period itself ?. Let me say, hmm, certainly not.
Its because people who lived and died a 100 yrs ago don't even know something like an ifone would be existing in future. They were very much happy with their hugely built communication box, like Graham-Bell's telephone. Same with the other inventions. Though they have a vague idea about how the future in 100 yrs would be, they practically didnt experience it. We are the one who can experience what anyone would have ever dreamed some 100 yrs ago. So they were NOT unlucky at all.
If we consider them to be unlucky, even we are unlucky for sure, because experiencing the ultra-fast changes in current technology. We might not even guess how the future after 100 yrs would be. We still keep predicting about future every now and then, just like 19th century people predict about present. But who is going to really experience it. Its the people who live in future. So now are we unlucky? not for sure. Its the time we live and that is it. But observing the history and how the human civilisation is developing, we can readily accept that some really big events and major break through's are going to happen in future. We may still have chance to experience some of those since we are young. But what is out of our reach?, we are not going to worry about it, as we arent going to be alive by that time. So did the people in the past when they thought of present, so we do about the future.
Though you may have seen these videos, i'd like to attach it to my article, just because its very much related.

Just one bold move
Lack of ability to take just one bold move is what makes many of us regret later. And who has took that daring step can sure be succesfull in the context of the situation in which the individual was placed. Such series of successfull acts compiled together is what i believe is the real success. This bold move need not be a really bold one and also need not be at much important stage of life. We all come across this situation in our daily life, right from our childhood to the present. Iam no exception, not even you and even the most succesfull of all are no exception. But how, i will tell you how.
My concept of Just one bold move, is nothing but an wider angle of the concept " oppurtunity knocks your door only once". What iam trying to put up here is, once you make an habit of making bold moves or brainy moves, you will start grabbing oppurtunities automatically. Since we don't know when the oppurtunity knocks the door my suggestion is to just install an door bell at your door. So that you will never miss an oppurtunity. Well just in case if we put aside the concept of oppurtunity, its all about the proud feeling you get in making such bold moves. Its all about the enormous confidence you gain from it. Let me give you an example of such small proud feeling.
Not to bore you but to give you an example, i want to share this. I used play good cricket when i was around 14 yrs old. Me and all my friends were crazy about cricket. We used play almost everyday and sometimes even night, under the street lights. We had sports trainer at our school who organised cricket matches between the different sections at our school. Though the trainer was useless, he was there to just control our uncontrollable bums. So he started selections to choose a team from each section, and since we were much younger, selections were done much faster, like one got to choose bowling or batting. And one who chose to bowling were allowed to bowl once to our trainer and our trainer bowled to the one who chose batting just once. Our trainer had least patience, so he picked students so randomly that even the best players were pushed aside for even a little mistake like holding the bat, taking the positions, whatever it may be. He was least interested and very rude in selections. I was so terrified at the selections process that i withdrew from playing cricket and didnt give my selections. I dont know why but first time playing cricket in an organised fashion with our trainer monitoring us, scared me somewhere. Finally 11 players from 50 students in the class were selected. Most of my friends were selected and also started playing the game. I was sitting along with my classmates and watched my friends playing.

Though none of my friends took the match seriously, as it was organised by our useless trainer, but the feeling of not proving myself to atleast get selected piereced through my heart and it had a long lasting effect. One bold move would have made some of my childhood days memorable to me. But i learned something from this experience.
Once cricket matches were completed, next sport my trainer planned was badminton. Now badminton was the sport which i was least trained in, as i used to consider it as girls game as many girls i knew at that time including my sister, used prefer badminton to any other outdoor sports.
My friend, Vijay was very good at it, and i used to watch him playing. He was very skilfull and i used wonder how can one be so flexible, so just being curious i used to try my hand in this game of shuttlecock, as we used to call it. That is what i know about it and nothing else, no rules no moves. And to play our school badminton series, there were no selections instead one got to register his name with the trainer and preliminary round of matches are played between the players on one-on-one basis. There were merely few names out from each class as craze for badminton was less, and also very few students knew how to play. Losing my chance to play my favourite sport cricket made me feel low and i wanted to rise. I instantly walked to our sports trainer and asked him to add my name in the list. He added my name and called me for preliminaries next day. I went back home and started playing shuttlecock with my friends till late night. That was the only training i had. Next day i went and started playing prelimianries. I won every opponent i played and i still dont know how the hell i made it to finals.
It was the final match. My friends, my class-teacher Indira, classmates and many other were around the court cheering my name and also the opponents name before the match started. This was the moment i felt succesfull. And i lost the match to opponent. Everyone around me who wanted me to win were pissed off except me. I was on cloud nine. That was one of the happiest day in my childhood. I was proud of myself, not for losing, but proud for reaching to this extent from the scratch. I was Happy and felt succesfull though succes was not mine because, "being successfull is for yourself and succes is for others".
Yes, i was very much succesfull for myself because I was not the best player of badminton, but just one bold move took me to the finals. And despite being successfull for myself, why i didnt felt that i was lost because the opponent who played against me in the final and won it was my friend Vijay.
Such small feelings of being succesfull, is what builds your confidence. And such series of successfull acts increases your confidence. Thus giving you the real success. Since iam young i may still didnt acheive my success yet, but ill try to make all the bold moves i have to, to reach it.
